- Assault of Ekedp staff on official duty
- The use of Non-staff (Nepa 2 and others) to carry out official duties within the Network

- Vandalism of electricity equipment
- Illegal sale and installation of meters
- Any form of financial malpractices including fraud, bribery, unethical conduct, extortion, embezzlement or misappropriation of funds.
